Robert Buckley & Howard Lichfield opened silver and copper claims in Ferber  NEVADA

They abandoned the claims sometime in the late 50’s or early 60’s they took some of the money and invested it in an old mine above Bountiful and tried to make a go of the old mine,, the road to the mine was rough and took a toll on their vehicles,,

They gave up on the mine it started to peter out.. not enough ore to make it a profitable venture.

Howard Lichfield took his own life in the middle 70's no-one knows why.
