That No White Man shall cross the Appalachian Mountains. If they, the white man does cross the Appalachian Mountains they are to be captured and sent back across the mountains to be punished. If they (the white man) returns they are to be put to death.
All land West of the Appalachian Mountains belong to the Indians to be so as long the Sun comes up in the East and sets in the West. So long as the water runs down hill and the grass grows up. so shall this treaty stand.
